The important detail is usage limits. Claude's support documentation says Pro and Max plan usage is shared across Claude and Claude Code. If you hit limits, you may wait for reset, upgrade, or use API credits, which are billed separately at standard API rates.
For readers, the cheapest option depends on usage. Light users may start with a lower subscription. Heavy coding users should compare limits, API credit behavior, and alternatives with BYOK.
