Regions

Some of our model providers have location-based restrictions, which means certain models may not be available in your region. When this happens, those models can't be used in Verdent, but you’ll still be able to use all other available models without interruption.

If you recently paid for a Verdent plan and lost access to certain models because the provider does not support your region, you can request a refund through the Email (support@verdent.ai). Please ensure you include the email address linked to the account and the specific reason necessitating this refund. We will review and respond to your refund request within 24 hours of receipt.

FAQ

  • Why does model availability vary?
    • Some models in Verdent may be unavailable in certain regions based on the terms and policies set by the model providers. We plan to re‑enable all models in any regions where they are supported. If our model partners allow access to your region, we plan to restore the affected models and update this page.

  • Can I use other models?
    • Yes. Verdent continues to work with the models that remain available in your region. Please manually select any enabled model.

  • How do refunds work?
    • Paid customers who lose access to previously included models because of provider region restrictions can request a refund for the current billing period.
