Publish a Cloud App

Publish your app to a dedicated *.verdent.app URL.

When your app is ready, use Publish to make it available online. Verdent lets you choose the URL slug, app title, icon, and visibility.

Open Publish

Start the publish flow from the Cloud workspace or preview header.

Choose the URL

Enter a slug. The published URL uses the format https://your-slug.verdent.app.

Set app identity

Configure icon and title for the published app.

Choose visibility

Select Public or Private.

Watch publish progress

Verdent runs stages such as provisioning, security scan, build, bundle, and promote.

After the first release, use Publish changes to update the live app.

Security checks and site metadata

Publish includes a security scan. If confirmation is required, the publish card can ask you to confirm. If the issue is fixable, use AI Fix to send the problem back to the editing agent. The publish flow also captures site metadata supported by the code path, including title, icon, and description metadata when available.

Resource checks

Before publishing, Verdent checks the Cloud app, database storage, and persistent storage included with your plan. If a limit is reached, publishing pauses and shows the affected usage, plan limit, and upgrade or support action.

See Deployment Resources and Limits for details.
