Deployment Resources and Limits

Understand the Cloud app, database, and persistent storage included with your Verdent plan

Publishing a Verdent Cloud app uses deployment resources included with your account plan. Verdent checks these allowances before a new publish starts and displays the current usage when a limit blocks publishing.

These allowances are current as of August 10, 2026. Deployment resources are included at no additional charge for a limited time and may change. See the Verdent pricing page for the latest plan details.

The Cloud app limit applies across your account. Database and persistent storage limits apply separately to each published Cloud app.

Deployment resource limits are shown separately from model-credit usage. For model requests, top-ups, and your credit balance, see Credits and Plans.

What happens at a limit

Verdent runs a resource check before publishing. If a resource is full, the Publish blocked dialog identifies the limit and shows the available next step.

Upgrade to a plan that includes more Cloud apps, or archive an existing app before publishing a new one. Releasing changes to an existing deployment does not consume another Cloud app slot, but its database and persistent storage limits still apply.

Upgrade before publishing again. A full database can also disable adding or editing rows and may prevent the live app from working correctly.

Upgrade before publishing again. If the current plan is already the maximum available plan, use the dialog to contact support.

When both the Cloud app limit and a storage limit are reached, Verdent reports the combined block. Resolve both resources before retrying.

Check the current allowance

The publishing limit dialog shows:

  • your current plan
  • resource usage and limit
  • the suggested next plan, when available
  • an Upgrade or Contact support action

Use the numbers shown in Verdent as the source of truth for your account. They reflect your current plan and the latest available allowances.
